1. Who we are
Masterphub (masterphub.io) is a marketplace for AI creative assets — prompts, skills, and agents — plus a paid course library teaching AI tools and creative workflows. By using the site or buying anything on it, you agree to these terms.
2. What we sell
We sell access to digital content: prompts, skills, agents, and online courses. Everything is delivered digitally — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
3. Honey Credits
Honey Credits (HNC) are an in-platform currency used to unlock prompts, skills, and agents. Credits have no cash value outside Masterphub, cannot be withdrawn as money, and are non-transferable between accounts. New users receive 50 free credits on signup.
4. Course purchases and payment
Paid courses are purchased individually for a one-time fee shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Because courses are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once you've accessed the course content, except where required otherwise by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at stavjadam@gmail.com.
5. Creator content
Creators may upload their own prompts, skills, or agents to the platform and earn Honey Credits when others unlock that content. Creators are responsible for making sure what they upload doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights. We review content before it goes live, but we don't guarantee the accuracy or results of any prompt, skill, or agent.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Masterphub to upload or distribute illegal content, content that infringes on someone else's copyright, or content intended to harm others. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
7. No guarantees
Masterphub is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any specific prompt, skill, agent, or course will produce a particular result when used with third-party AI tools, since those tools are outside our control.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
