By using Masterphub (masterphub.io), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. The platform

Masterphub is a free library of AI prompts, skills, and agents. Users earn Honey Credits (HNC) by uploading content and spend them to access other users' content.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Masterphub.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not create multiple accounts to game the credits system.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Content you upload

When you upload a prompt, skill, or agent to Masterphub:

• You confirm you own it or have the right to share it.
• You grant Masterphub a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform.
• You remain the owner. We do not claim ownership of your content.
• You may not upload content that infringes third-party copyrights, is harmful, illegal, or misleading.

4. Honey Credits

• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Credits may not be transferred between accounts.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit values or rules with reasonable notice.

5. What you may not do

• Scrape, copy, or bulk-export content from the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform.
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful AI instructions.
• Impersonate other users or Masterphub staff.
• Use the platform for illegal purposes.

6. Paid courses and products

Some content on Masterphub Academy is paid. All purchases are final unless the course is materially different from its description. Contact us within 7 days if you have an issue.

7. Disclaimer

Masterphub provides AI prompts and tools for informational and creative purposes. We do not guarantee any specific results from using prompts or AI tools. AI output may be inaccurate — always verify before relying on it for important decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masterphub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify active users by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in Israeli courts.
