Masterphub ("we", "us", "our") operates masterphub.io. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

• Account data: email address and display name when you register.
• Usage data: pages you visit, prompts you view or unlock, credits you earn or spend.
• Content you submit: prompts, skills, agents, and any text you upload to the platform.
• Email address for lead magnets: if you download a free guide, we collect your email to send it to you.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site (pages visited, session duration, general location). This uses cookies. See Section 5.

2. Why we collect it

• To operate the platform and your account.
• To send you the content you requested (guides, newsletters).
• To improve the site based on how people use it.
• To contact you about your account if needed.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.

3. Third parties who receive data

• Supabase — our database provider (data is stored on their servers).
• Google Analytics — aggregated usage statistics.
• ContentSquare — session recording and UX analytics.
• n8n — workflow automation (used to send emails).

All providers are under data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

4. How long we keep data

• Account data: as long as your account is active, plus 12 months after deletion request.
• Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data: Google retains this for up to 14 months.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for:

• Analytics (Google Analytics, ContentSquare) — to understand site usage. These are optional.
• Session state — to keep you logged in. These are required for the platform to work.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings or use the cookie banner to opt out of analytics cookies.

6. Your rights

Under Israeli law (Privacy Protection Law, Amendment 13) and GDPR (if applicable), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time.
• Object to analytics tracking.

7. Security

We use row-level security on our database, HTTPS on all pages, and restrict access to your data to authorized systems only. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Children

Masterphub is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active users by email.
